Q. What if I don’t have a RewardsPLUS Card?

A. RewardsPLUS cards are free! Just sign up and get your RewardsPLUS card immediately at any participating F.L. Roberts Convenience Store/Gas Station, Golden Nozzle Car Wash location or Jiffy Lube service center.

Q. Where can I find a list of F.L. Roberts locations participating in RewardsPLUS?

A. Online at www.flroberts.com. Click on the RewardsPLUS link, and find the “Participating Locations” link.

Q. When do my rewards points start counting?

A. Immediately.

Q. If I haven’t used my card in awhile, do I lose my points?

A. If not used, points will expire 12 months after being issued.

Q. Does my RewardsPLUS card expire?

A. No.

Q. Is my RewardsPLUS card a credit card?

A. No.

Q. How do I know what rewards are available?

A. A complete list of rewards, and the points needed to redeem them, is available online at www.flroberts.com. Just click on the RewardsPLUS link!

Q. How do I redeem my RewardsPLUS points?

A. It’s easy to redeem points. Just visit any participating F.L. Roberts Conveniences Store/Gas Station. Points cannot be redeemed at a Golden Nozzle Car Wash location or Jiffy Lube service center. However, points can be earned there.

Q. Are there any new rewards that I can redeem my points for?

A. Yes. New rewards are being added all the time. Visit any location or go to our website at www.flroberts.com <http://www.flroberts.com> for updates. Just click on the RewardsPLUS link!

Q. Do all my Convenience Store/Gas Station, Jiffy Lube and Golden Nozzle Car Wash purchases qualify for points?

A. You earn points for all purchases for net dollars spent made at all participating locations except lottery, tobacco products, cigarettes, money orders, phone cards and gift card purchases. Some store items from our Full Serve Car Washes are excluded, as well. Please see the RewardsPLUS Program Guide for a complete list of excluded items.

Q. Is there a minimum purchase to earn RewardsPLUS points?

A. No. Points are earned for all sale amounts.

Q. Can I convert my RewardsPLUS points into cash?

A. No. Points can only be redeemed for RewardsPLUS rewards.

Q. How do I find out how many RewardsPLUS points I have?

A. Your balance can be obtained at any participating FL Roberts Convenience Store/Gas Station or at a participating Jiffy Lube service center, or by going online at www.flroberts.com <http://www.flroberts.com> . Golden Nozzle Car Wash locations do not have the capability of giving out point balances.

Q. Does the point total on my receipt include points I received for the current transaction?

A. Yes. Points are credited to your account immediately. Convenience Store/Gas Station and Jiffy Lube service centers will display your points earned today, as well as a total point balance. Golden Nozzle Car Wash locations will only be able to display points earned today, but not a points balance.

Q. Can I replace a lost or stolen card?

A. Yes. Simply call our Customer Service Representative at 413-642-9099.

Q. Can two (or more) cards be on the same account?

A. Yes. Simply call our Customer Service Representative at 413-642-9099.

Q. What are the enrollment requirements?

A. Customers are not required to give us any personal information. However, the more information supplied, the better. At minimum, we ask for a telephone number(s) and email address. Why? If you forget your RewardsPLUS card, the phone numbers on your account can be used as an alternate ID during checkout for the same benefits. The information also ensures that we can inform you of discounts, and transfer your points to a new card if your card is lost or stolen.

Q. Will FL Roberts sell a customer’s personal information?

A. No. It is solely for internal purposes.

Q. What happens if the system goes off line?

A. All data is saved and is applied when the system comes back up.

Q. Will the Big Y Coin promo still be honored?

A. Yes however customers cannot redeem points when using a coin for a fuel discount. Points can still be earned on coin transactions.

Q. If a customer does not receive points for their purchase, how can they be applied?
